Urban planning has evolved into a separate, independent discipline with sub-fields. It emerged as a profession in the early 20th century as the demand raised with the industrialization began rapidly.

 

This module provides an insight into building/transforming a city into a smart city complementing urban planning with civil engineering.  City utility structures go hand in hand with its planning to deliver a sustainable physical infrastructure

  • Importance of planning, designing & construction of Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Management facilities, including associated CIM-feeds
